- Credit of 1000 LKR will be applied to one invoice per customer only.
- Customer must have had an active account for at least one month.
- Credit applies to NEW INVOICES only (not valid on renewal invoices).
- The Credit is only valid for new order invoices and is not applicable to add funds invoices.

Eligible invoices must include at least one of the following packages:
- .LK Domain (excluding CAT 3 .LK domains such as example.com.lk, example.edu.lk)
- Web Hosting (Small Business Hosting / Business Web Hosting)
- VPS Hosting (Linux / Windows Servers)
- Reseller Web Hosting
- International Domains
- E-SMS Solutions
- SSL Certificates
- Feedback must be submitted and ticket opened before December 30th.
- After credit is added, full payment and package activation must occur within 3 days, or credit will be removed.
- SriLanka Hosting reserves the right to modify or cancel the program or decline credit application at its discretion, without notice.
