How to use Support Pin:

  1. Goto and login to your client area first:
  1. Use your username and passwords for login
  1. Open the live chat from the client area:
  1. Start your conversation in the live chat
  1. Use the support PIN number in your client area when starting your chat

Note that support pin will change randomly for every user.  It is required to log in to your client area to get your updated support pin.
